These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “user,” or “customer”), and VEDKIA INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, doing business as Sukhauta. These variations are a testament to the natural origin of our products and are not considered defects.

• Information Accuracy: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on Sukhauta. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of errors due to differences in electronic displays.

• Hygiene and Sustainability: All products sold on Sukhauta are manufactured, dehydrated, and packaged under the strictest sanitary conditions in compliance with premium export standards.

4. Pricing, GST, and Payment Terms

• Transparent Pricing: All prices listed on Sukhauta are in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic users and may be displayed in equivalent global currencies for our international clientele. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

• Taxes: VEDKIA INDUSTRIES PVT LTD operates under the GSTIN: 21ABAFV6167G1Z9. All prices displayed for domestic orders are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

• Payment Gateways: Sukhauta employs secure, PCI-compliant, encrypted payment gateways. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

• Export and Duties: For international orders, the customer is strictly responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or cross-border clearance fees mandated by the destination country’s government.

5. Order Acceptance and Right to Cancel

• Order Validation: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. • Cancellations by Us: We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors.

• Cancellations by You: Customers may cancel their orders only before the product has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the terms of our official Return and Refund Policy will apply.

6. Shipping and Export Delivery

Sukhauta acts as a bridge taking Indian culinary heritage to the global market. Delivery timelines and shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout. While we partner with premium logistics providers, Sukhauta is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure events, customs delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the user. 9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

As a user of Sukhauta, you agree not to:

1. Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

2. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Sukhauta.

3. Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material that interferes with the uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site.

4. Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VEDKIA INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, Sukhauta, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Site; (2) breach of these Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and your use of Sukhauta are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase of products from Sukhauta shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rourkela, District: Sundargarh, Odisha, India.

Sukhauta reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Site.
